About this Recipe
(Mexican) Fried tortilla chips topped with salsa and cheese.
A perfect breakfast dish!
Ingredients
- Tortillas cut into strips
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salsa verde
- Creme Fraiche
- Crumbled feta
- Refried beans
- Eggs
Instructions
- Fry tortilla chips until crispy.
- Add eggs and scramble in the same pan as the tortillas.
- Add the sauce and fry everything together to let the tortillas absorb the flavours.
- Serve with beans, crumbled cheese and a dollop of cream.
- Enjoy!
