About this Recipe

(Mexican) Fried tortilla chips topped with salsa and cheese.
A perfect breakfast dish!


Ingredients

  • Tortillas cut into strips
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salsa verde
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Crumbled feta
  • Refried beans
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Fry tortilla chips until crispy.
  2. Add eggs and scramble in the same pan as the tortillas.
  3. Add the sauce and fry everything together to let the tortillas absorb the flavours. 
  4. Serve with beans, crumbled cheese and a dollop of cream.
  5. Enjoy!
