(Mexican) Stuffed poblano peppers with a creamy walnut sauce.
A traditional Mexican dish!


Ingredients

  • Poblano peppers
  • Walnuts
  • Ground meat (or plant-based alternative)
  • Spices

Instructions

  1. Roast the poblano peppers until charred.
  2. Stuff with ground meat and spices.
  3. Blend walnuts with cream to make the sauce.
