Ingredients

  • Chickpeas
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Spices
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight and cook until tender.
  2. Cook onions, tomatoes, and spices in a pan.
  3. Add cooked chickpeas to the pan.
  4. Make dough from flour and water, then deep-fry into bhature.
